Speed
It does not matter whether you are in Little League or the Big Leagues, speed helps to win ballgames! Running speed is also one of the 5 main tools that high school and college coaches, as well as pro scouts look at to determine your future on the baseball diamond. Your 60 yard dash time is not the only type of speed these scouts and coaches look for. They also want to see your time to 1st base out of the box, your 2nd to home time, your technique, your quickness and jumps when stealing a base as well as your closing speed as you track a fly ball.
If you’re looking to shave two tenths of a second off of your 60 time or are just wanting your son or daughter to learn proper running technique than Pro Source Athletics has one of the best speed and quickness trainers in the country in LoRenzo Daniels. Classes are limited so sign up now!
