One of the things I like best about my profession is that I have a chance to give back to others through my baseball experience and other various ways. Sometimes, it may be by helping children on the field succeed and sometimes it may occur off the field by helping children and their families achieve their goals under very tough circumstances.

0ne of the ways we at Pro Source Athletics are helping to give back is by starting the G.M.A. Foundation. My brother Gavin Matthias Agamennone was born on April 27th, 1981 without one of the main chambers of his heart. He lived a short but joyful life and enjoyed baseball even at his young age. Gavin passed away on March 25th, 1985, a month shy of his 4th birthday. During that time, my family and I received overwhelming support emotionally and financially from friends and family to help ease the cost of surgeries and other medical expenses.

In memory of my brother Gavin, Pro Source Baseball will donate a percentage of profits from every DVD sold to the G.M.A. Foundation which will help families facing similar situations.

Gavin never got to see first hand some of the opportunities I have had but because of his influence in my life I look forward to helping other children and their families reach their dreams.
